Open to All Law Enforcement and Public Safety Personnel
- Students: This seminar welcomes participants from all areas of Law Enforcement, Federal Government, State, County, and City Personnel, including Corrections, Court Officers, EMTs, Firefighters, and Security Companies.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is required.
Expert-Led Training by Law Enforcement Officers and BJJ Black Belt Instructors
- Brenin DeOliveira: An active Law Enforcement Officer and instructor at a local police academy. Brenin is the founder of the BJJ COPS program and has trained officers nationwide. His BJJ COPS curriculum has received over 200 testimonials in 2023, affirming its effectiveness in real-world scenarios, with officers using the techniques learned in the field. Brenin's competitive achievements include titles in National and International Tournaments, such as Delariva Cup Champion and Massachusetts Open Champion.

Equipment and Attire
- Required Gear: Participants should bring Full Tactical Gear, Tactical Pants, Duty Belt with Handcuffs, Training Gun, Vest or Plate Carrier, MMA Gloves, and a Mouth Guard (optional).
- Additional Items: It is advised to bring water, snacks, and an extra T-shirt for comfort and hydration.
Comprehensive Curriculum Aligned with Use of Force Laws
- Focus: The seminar's training is designed in compliance with federal and state use of force laws, emphasizing techniques for control and handcuff positions.
- Topics Covered: Include takedowns, team takedowns, ground control and defense, small and confined space subject control, contact communication, handcuffing, de-escalation, and weapon retention.

- Date and Time: Saturday, August 10th, from 12PM to 5PM. A certificate of attendance will be awarded at 5PM.
